Extention:     Adjust the threaded setting nut to the desired setting. Use the safety nut to lock into place.

Flexion:         Adjust the threaded setting nut to the desired setting. Use the safety nut to lock into place.

Speed:          Turn the SPEED control to the desired speed.

Start/ Stop:   Use the button on the hand control to start and stop the machine.
