Extension:       Press the EXT button.
                          Press the “+” or “-“ button to desired setting

Flexion:            Press the FLEX button
                          Press the “+” or “-“ button to desired setting

Speed:             Press the SPEED Button
                          Press the “+” or “-“ button to desired setting

Pause EXT:     Press the PAUSE EXT. button
                          Press the “+” or “-“ button to desired setting

Pause FLEX:   Press the PAUSE FLEX button
