Surgi-Care’s service area includes all six New England states. Our certified athletic trainers and specially trained health care technicians deliver, measure and fit our rehabilitation products, including CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) machines, bracing and cold therapy products. Our office verifies and authorizes all insurance billable products as courtesy to the patient. We strive to ensure that all patients receive their products the same day the doctor puts the order in, or when the doctor requests. Calls are returned within 15 to 30 minutes after they are placed, unless made directly to the office, in which case they are answered immediately. Surgi-Care’s in-house staff is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For your added convenience, Surgi-Care representatives are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week via pager for emergency service or technical support.
